Cycling massage in Mallorca
Sa Calobra, Puig Major, Formentor. After legs like that, driving to a clinic is the last thing you want to do.
💬 Book on WhatsAppTiming matters as much as technique
Straight after a hard stage the tissue is irritated and inflamed. At that point we work in flush-and-drain mode: moderate pressure, long strokes, aimed at clearing the legs and easing that heavy feeling. Going deep there would be counterproductive.
At 24 hours, or on a rest day, the muscle takes considerably more. That's when deep work on quads, hamstrings, calves and the IT band makes sense — plus the lower back and neck, which the aero position loads heavily even if you don't feel it until day three.
Before a long stage or a sportive, the session is different: shorter, activating, without deep trigger-point work that would leave the muscle heavy. Tell us when you rode or when you're riding and we'll adjust.
Where we get most calls during cycling season
From February to May Mallorca fills with cyclists, and the hotels in Playa de Muro, Alcúdia, Can Picafort and Port de Pollença are the standard base for the north and the Tramuntana. We work there almost daily in season, with same-day availability in most cases.
In the southwest (Palmanova, Santa Ponsa, Peguera) the cycling clientele is smaller but steady, and in Sóller and Valldemossa we mostly see riders taking on the Coll or linking the Tramuntana climbs. We also travel to inland fincas, where many groups rent a house for a training week.
For groups of three or more riders, a day's notice helps: we coordinate several therapists and consecutive afternoon sessions, which is usually what fits best after the ride.

FAQ
Can you come the same day as the stage?
Yes, subject to availability. In season we're in the north daily. Three or four hours' notice usually works; for a group, the day before is better.
Do you do group or team sessions?
Yes. We coordinate several therapists and consecutive sessions at the hotel or finca where you're based. Message us with numbers and date.
Is it better before or after the ride?
Depends on the goal. Before: short and activating. After: flush and drain. Rest day: deep work. Tell us your schedule and we'll plan it.
Do you work the lower back and neck?
Yes, and it's usually needed. Long hours in the aero position load the neck, traps and lumbar spine as much as the legs.
Which climb did you do today?
Tell us where you're staying, what you rode and when you're riding next. We'll fit the session to your schedule.
