Your reception team or booking manager sends us the request by WhatsApp or phone, and we handle everything else: confirming availability, assigning a therapist, agreeing the time with the guest and charging the end client directly. You handle no payments, no scheduling and no issues.
The service is delivered in the room, at the villa or on board, with our own equipment: professional table, fresh linens for every client and oils. Our staff arrive in identifiable work clothing and know the access protocols of hotels, rental properties and marinas.
For properties with volume we can agree specific terms, reserved availability in high season and reception material in Spanish, English and German. Get in touch and we'll send the details.

How much notice do you need?
Subject to availability, same day is usually possible. For couples or groups we recommend 24 hours.
What languages do you serve guests in?
Spanish, English, German and Portuguese. It's one reason hotels with German and British clientele work with us.
Can you provide material for reception?
Yes, in all four languages. Message us and we'll send it along with the terms.
