1. Definitions

"Agency" refers to Mallorca Massage Agency, operated under the brand Island Touch, based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

"Client" refers to any individual who books or requests a service through the Agency.

"Therapist" refers to the independent certified massage therapist assigned to deliver the service.

"Service" refers to the professional mobile massage session arranged by the Agency and delivered by a Therapist at the Client's location.

2. Scope of service

The Agency acts as an intermediary that coordinates professional massage therapists to deliver sessions at the Client's accommodation in Mallorca, including hotels, private villas, yachts and holiday apartments.

The Agency selects and assigns certified independent therapists. All therapists hold official qualifications in massage therapy or physiotherapy. The Agency verifies credentials before any therapist works under its brand.

3. Booking and confirmation

• Bookings are made via WhatsApp, telephone or email.
• A booking is confirmed only when the Agency sends an explicit written confirmation identifying the therapist, time, location and price.
• The Client must provide accurate location details. The Agency is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or restricted access to the accommodation.
• Same-day bookings are subject to therapist availability. The Agency recommends booking at least 2–3 hours in advance.
• Therapist gender preference is always respected, subject to availability. The assigned therapist is confirmed before the session.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are confirmed in writing before the session begins. No service begins without prior price confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT where applicable.
• A travel supplement may apply for locations more than 25km from Palma de Mallorca. This is always disclosed at booking.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, Bizum, Revolut. Card payments subject to availability.
• Payment is made to the therapist upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Cancellation more than 3 hours before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• Cancellation less than 3 hours before the session: A cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price may apply to cover therapist travel and preparation costs.
• No-show (Client not present at agreed location and time): Full session price may be charged.
• The Agency reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (illness, force majeure). In this case, a full refund or alternative session will be offered.

6. Client responsibilities

• Provide a safe, hygienic space of at least 3×3 metres for the massage table.
• Inform the therapist before the session of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, recent surgery, pregnancy or contraindications.
• Be present and ready at the agreed location and time.
• Treat therapists with respect. The Agency reserves the right to terminate a session immediately without refund if the Client's behaviour is inappropriate, disrespectful or threatening.

7. Health and medical contraindications

Massage may be contraindicated for certain medical conditions including but not limited to: active infections, fever, certain skin conditions, recent surgery, deep vein thrombosis, cancer under active treatment, and cardiovascular conditions. The Client is responsible for disclosing relevant health information. The Agency and therapists are not liable for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

Prenatal massage is available from the 3rd to the 7th month of pregnancy only. The Client must inform the therapist of the exact gestational week.

8. Professional conduct

All services provided by Mallorca Massage Agency are strictly professional therapeutic massage. Any request for services of a sexual nature will result in immediate termination of the session and the Client will be charged the full agreed price. Repeat offenders will be permanently refused service.

9. Limitation of liability

The Agency acts as a coordinator and is not the direct employer of therapists. Therapists are independent professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Agency's liability is limited to the price paid for the specific session in question.

The Agency is not responsible for: (a) the Client's personal belongings at the session location; (b) adverse reactions to massage resulting from undisclosed health conditions; (c) delays caused by traffic, access restrictions or incorrect information provided by the Client.

10. Complaints

Any complaint about the quality of the service must be communicated to the Agency within 24 hours of the session via email to carlitos.brawn@hotmail.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

The Agency reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
